  • What type of jewellery do you sell?
    We sell sterling silver jewellery 925 (stamped S925 or 925), some are 18k gold plated (a layer of 18k gold on the surface of the sterling silver) and some with gemstones. The jewellery is designed and handcrafted by talented designers.
  • How will my jewellery arrive?
    Your jewellery will arrive carefully wrapped in tissue paper inside of a pillow box. Both are fully recyclable. Or you can select to purchase a jewellery presentation gift box.
  • Do you sell presentation gift boxes?
    Yes, we sell eco-friendly jewellery boxes. You will be able to select these with each item you purchase for an extra charge. The size of the box will be selected by us according to the size of the jewellery purchased.
  • How long does delivery take in the UK?
    We will process your order within 2 working days and despatch your item via Royal mail signed-for delivery. Usually, you can expect the arrival of your item within 2-5 working days from despatch. We cannot be held responsible for any postal delays once your parcel has been sent.
  • I don't live in the UK, can I still buy from you?"
    Yes of course! We're able to ship worldwide, however please note that delivery times do vary. Please contact us with any queries regarding delivery fees as these will vary around the world. Please check your tax and import duty fees in your country of residence.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you change your mind or you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return it to us within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at info@gaia-onlinestore.co.uk to confirm your return. Please provide your name, address, order number and customer number (if applicable).
  • How can I return an item?
    If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Some non-returnable items: - Gift vouchers - Jewellery boxes - Earrings (unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons) To complete your return, please email us at info@gaia-onlinestore.co.uk with your name, address, customer number if applicable, order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@gaia-onlinestore.co.uk Returns fee You will be responsible for paying the delivery fee when returning your item. You should consider using a trackable returns service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • When will I get a refund?
    You will be issued a refund once your returned product has been received and examined by our quality assurance team. Please contact Gaia using the form at the bottom of this page to arrange a return/refund. Refund Policy If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: - Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. When you receive a refund, the cost of the original delivery will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
